I can only say a few things for my wife did all the test driving and decisions for her used/new Honda Odyssey. I came to talk the financing info. We were happy with the price and she was nothing but thrilled to have done business with Chevy. They were courteous to her, and she only was there for a total of 2 hours and already knew she wanted to make the purchase. I've always had very good service at Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet whether it was when I looking at new cars or after the purchase. I use their service department for all of my needs because they are prompt and very easy to work with. I drove all over looking at cars of interest for me and my family. Half of them were nice but lots of miles. I was just looking to trade my truck in and get something better on gas. I ended up at Jeff D’Ambrosio looking at a used 2010 Chrysler. I must say the salesman was pleasant. He showed me the cars I was interested in and was not at all pushy. It is not always about just purchasing a car. The Service Department is also as important. I started at the service with my 2004 Silverado, the service was great and I knew it was time for me to get an updated Silverado mine had 120,000. The service manager set me up with a similar slightly used Silverado. I fell in love the salesman was good and the price was right I purchased. They have done great in service and now in finance! Hate the idea of having to go to a dealership. It is always a headache always the back and forth game. I never like the process of getting a new vehicle. Came in to test drive the new Chevy Cruise, I knew I was juggling between the Chevy Cruise and the Kia Optima. I had already test drove the Kia, I was just in debate. As soon as I saw the Chevy I knew it was definitely comfortable had a little engine that had great warranty and also was this awesome burnt orange-ish color. I ended up due to price sticking with the Chevy. I could not be more satisfied with the car and the price. Glad I chose Chevy! more

I was used to going to the larger chevrolet dealers and thought i was getting a better price on my service and felt that they would be able to provide more service for the dollar based on there shear size and volume...BOY WAS I WRONG! A friend of mine said go check out Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet in Oxford, I was spectacul until I called and the phone was answer so professionally and they where able to accomadate me within 48hrs to address a on going issue I have had with my 2008 Malibu. I sat outside in the rocking chairs they have outside the service drive enjoyed a cup of fresh brewed coffee and truel enjoyed my service experience with them and I saved money as there services are CHEAPER than my local garage that was changing my oil ...If you want the best service call and ask for Matt Combs ..he is a true professional.. i found my new home for service and even a new car..well worth the trip from Newark to be treated as a individual more
