Yayyyy for Jay 9/16/2016

They looked over my automatic transmission problem "engine light on" on my chrysler 300 and found no problems except a loose sensor. They secured that and said they found nothing to fix so they sent me on my way. They even test drove my car afterwards. The car works great now, they did fix it!! Very low charge. Now consider this versus the fellows at Dick Poe who said my transmission was shot could not be fixed and I needed to buy new one from them. Yay's for Jay's. Very competent staff. Took only half a day. more

I found jays automotive on yelp with great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Everything I had read on the reviews on yelp were accurate...friendly/ professional staff and fast service, not to mention a clean establishment. I will probably rate them with 5 stars at a later time, depending on future maintenance visits. more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 6/28/2016

Excellent customer service at a fair price! As a Disabled American my experience was very satisfactory! I was not taken advantage of as it often has happened before because I cannot inspect or check out the work being done. Service advisor Rick was very courteous and explained what my 08 Ram truck needed. ASME Certified Technician Danny was a true professional while working on my truck. He explained to me how my system works and what the problem was. He was done in a timely manner and all work was done very clean and not sloppy as I have experienced that before. Seems as if nobody even worked on my truck; but now my a/c blows cold and works as it should. Rick and Danny represent Jay's Garage and give it excellent reputation. Thank you very much for all your help Johnny! Will certainly be back with any automotive repair needs. Best wishes to you and yours. R.G.M. more
