I was very impressed seeking a solution to squeaky breaks at Jay's on Alameda. Over the phone the manager, Rick, let me know that they would have to take a look at the car before quoting me prices. I thought this might be excessive for a simple break replacement but he was right. They were very thorough in the review and quote: front breaks and front suspension had serious issues that I had simply accommodated my driving to over time. Rick took the time to explain what was wrong multiple times and agreed to providing me before and after pictures, so that I could better understand what parts were repaired. Now my car drives like new with improved wheel alignment, efficiency, wheel wear, and shock absorption. I am very grateful for the expertise, professionalism, and quality service of Jay's Automotive.
