VERY GOOD & HONEST 10/27/2009

This place is very good and very very honest! I am a Engineer and I am called very skeptical when it comes to making decisions because of my background. I have been going to Japanese Beetle for 8 years now. Their staff is very knowledgeable and honest. They tell me what I actually need and how and when I should get the repair done with no pushy sales talk, just the facts only about my car and my many questions! They are the best I have ever experienced! more

Best Auto Repair for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus and Sion in Sunnyvale and the Bay Area 4/23/2008

My family, friends and I been going to Japanese Beetle inc. for over 20 years now. They are (and proved to be to me for years) the most honest business and staff I have ever seen in any business I have delt with. I always highly recommend them to anyone as I am doing now. Along with being Consumers CheckBook's top rated company for Auto Repair for at least the past 18 years for both customer satisfaction and price.
