I took my wedding dress in on on 1/9/09, my ticket said the due date for my dress was 2/11/09, my dress was ready for pick up 4/18/09. I called them on the due date and every two weeks after that because everytime I called they told me my dress would be ready in 2 weeks and I had sold the dress and needed to ship it out. Everytime I called they gave me the runaround, one lady told me it is clean and needed to be pressed, then I called 2 weeks later and they said there were stains on it and they need to clean the dress again. This story goes on and on about how they are taking the dress to a specialist because they cant get the stains out and more and more excuses. When I went to finally pick up my dress, the spots they were tryiny to get out for 3 MONTHS were still there. The spots were never there to begin with, but they claimed that they were and I made the mistake by not taking a picture of the dress before hand. I asked for a discount on the dress for my inconvenience and since I had to refund my buyer $200.00 for the delay in shipping and for the few spots that are now on the dress thanks to Janet Davis who are supposedly ""the wedding dress cleaning specialists."" My friend warned me about them and told me not to take it there but I was too stubborn to listen, they seem really nice when you first go in, but there customer service is terrible when your at their mercy! The owner of the cleaners is rude as well. Usually business owners want to keep there customers happy, but he was very rude and very insulting. I never write reviews about anything because I just dont care enough to, but people need to know about this place.
Cons: Impolite, SLOW, poor customer service!!!
