These idiots screwed up case and I ended up dealing with the insurance company myself. I would like to share my experience with the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin because I am pleased with their representation in my personal injury claim and would refer them to others. The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin settled my case and helped with my medical treatment bills, my lost wage, and money for my pain and suffering. I was struck by a truck on my road bike and missed one week of work and a week's worth of salary, visited the emergency room three times, and completed six weeks of physical therapy. I was riding my road bike, equipped with a front and rear light, when I heard a loud smack. The driver of a full size truck, F-350, with extended side view mirrors, failed to reduce speed. The side view mirror struck my body and then broke off and shattered the passenger window. I was on the ground and repeated aloud “I need help, I am hurt”. I felt pain on the left side of my body, this includes my left shoulder, left side of my back, left hip, left arm, upper left leg, and beside my left knee. When the ambulance arrived, my neck was put in a brace and I was wheeled onto the ambulance on a stretcher. I arrived at the hospital in pain. I could not lift my left arm. There were two bruises, the size of tennis balls on my left shoulder blade and underneath the bottom of my left shoulder blade, from where the driver's side view mirror hit me, in addition to abrasions of multiple sites to the left side of my body. This was a stressful time in my life and I am fortunate to have the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin take care of the law suit. My experience with James Scott Farrin has been so rewarding. I continued to see my doctors, had three surgeries and was denied disability twice. This has to be the most terrible lawyer in town. They took so much out of my settlement for so little work. I really wish I fired them and handled the case myself. The insurance company actually offered me more to settle the case before I even called this terrible lawyer than I received after they too took thousands of dollars in fees. more

This guy had my case for over 3 year and did nothing to help me. The staff was rude and impossible to get ahold of when I needed them. When I fired them and used another lawyer she had my case settled in 1 week. more

I was a past client for an auto accident a few years back and a friend who was happy with their service referred me to them. I also had a good experience and was treated well by the staff and was happy with the outcome of my case. I was in another accident a couple months ago, both my husband and I were injured. It's frustrating to go through everything that goes with an accident but I knew it would be easier with an attorney working on the legal side of things while I focused on getting better. Because of my past experience with them the only place I considered calling was JSF and I am glad I did! So far into this case I have felt satisfied just like I expected to. The staff is still just as caring, friendly and helpful as before. Me and my husband's cases are being handled professionally and I'm kept up to date on everything. Just like the previous post on here, I also have had my case with them for over a year now. I didn't know I could fire them. I thought I was stuck. Which is why I am on here, looking for help on what to do. I called my lawyer 3 times last week and he still hasn't gotten back to me. Sadly that is normal procedure for them I guess. I was driving a 1971 Cadillac and it was very hard to get the property damage estimates on such an older car.
