This rating pertains to the great service performance by Jacksonville Powersports service team and the work they have done to my bike. I have moved here three years ago and purchased their motorcycle maintenance service plan. I have no regrets. The plan saved me several hundreds of dollars and would highly recommend to anybody in the area with a bike to purchase their maintenance plans to keep your bike in excellent condition. The last time I had service done, my bike drove better than brand new and looked brand new :) when I came to pick it up. Pros: null Cons: null more

Sales man wanted to sell my 2012 Ninja 250 on consignment, was told that the title was not an issue since it came from another dealership but not processed. They sold the bike the next day "with my tag" and now will not return my tag or pay me the money they collected. I more

Fabulous, Helpful, Honest,. 11/17/2010

What a great place. I just recently made my second purchase from these guys and WOW. Super relaxed, super helpful, super knowledgeable, and I could go on forever! I now have a SeaDoo AND a motorcycle in my garage because of these guys and I just wanna call them and thank them every single day for it but I'm too busy riding my new Victory!!!!!!! I have never ridden anything like it and as the salesman promised me......I bought the bike after they let me test ride it! I've never been offered a test ride at a bike shop......what great service! more

Rip off 11/10/2010

I dropped off my Jet Skis with under 35 hrs on them, whole and intact. Six weeks later was told to pick them up and they gave it back to me with the engine of one all apart and tossed back into the ski and three cylinder heads in a box. more

Jacksonville Powersports 12/22/2008

I would not recomend anybody to go to jacksonville powersports for anything. i bought a 2001 honda cbr 600 from them and a year later it was totaled and i found out that it was a stolen bike from back in 2004 and had a salvage title. the bike was sold to me with a clean title, now im trying to get compensation for the bike and they are doing everything to not compensate me for my loss. and they are denieing that they sold me a stolen bike. more
