The office can get busy, yes, but that's because everyone wants to bring their pets there. Dr. Rothstein is, in my experience, an outstanding diagnostician, and Dr. Jackson a brilliant surgeon. The reason people have to wait is because the vets take as much time as necessary with people's pets. I have found them to be caring, accurate, and available in an emergency. True, if they don't know what is wrong, they say so, and recommend specialists: I'd rather have that response than go to a vet who pretends to know something but doesn't.
Pros: knowledgeable, caring, responsive to the pets' needs
Cons: can have long waits; sometimes understaffed office
