My personal experience was frustrating and insulting. I'm a single mom so when they double charged my credit card it hurt and there was no accountability to cover costs associated with the double charge. I called one time to get late payment and fees costs so I could get caught up and the manager Penny talked to me most unprofessionally and told me ""I had problems"". Now, you may be wondering what did I do?? Nothing, I was just asking questions diplomatically like why did it go up from last week etc... They will not work with you. Water gets into the unit everytime it rains. The last straw was a cinder block went through my unit and they had to put on a new door. I had a washer and dryer at the front of the unit and it was destroyed with the top parts of both being completely off. They claim it was from the storm and I didn't have insurance so they were not covering it. A storm could have in no way shape or form done that to the washer and dryer. It had to of happen when they repaired the door which they deny saying it was supervised. It is just a blatent lie by yet another manager named Brandy. She claims it was a freak accident. They are liars and won't come off any charges, fees or work with even long time customers. They don't care about you just there pocket and they vandalized my items not the storm. When the fixed the door, they moved my stuff around. There was a ceramic navity set all over the floor. I have pictures so I am not making this up. It is sad. You should not use this company.
