Good: I liked the fact that not only are they 100% Green, but they are also a local company, that hires U.S. Veterans. This company is not just chemically green, but the equiptment they use is designed to have a green impact as well.. Bad: Nothing! I was impressed with everything that this company does!. Improvements: To be honest, everything was perfect.. Other: They gave me a quick quote over the phone. They arrived on time, they worked non-stop until the job was done. The finished product was amazing! They cleaned my Air Ducts, Carpets, my sofa's & my tile, at about 40% less then other quotes, nd about 50% less then Stanley Steamer & Coit. I will be using this company from now on!. more

Amazing! 11/30/2009

Good: I liked the fact that they only use Green Cleaning methods. And I liked that every employee is a U.S. Veteran and they are locally owned & operated.. Other: I called about prices, and they told me how much it would be right over the phone. The tech showed up on time, he was clean cut, nice & very professional. he answered all me questions, explained to me everything that hewould be doing & he confirmed the price before he started. He worked non stop and did an amazing job! My carpets look, feel & smell fresh & clean again. Plus, none of the stains came back up. Not a single one! Call them, You will be very happy after they have finished!. more

I was completley satisfied with J&R. Also satisfying to support a local business employing veterans. Was quickly quoted over the phone, technician showed up exactly on time and carpets were cleaned like new. Strongly recommend! more

Absolutly The Best! 11/26/2008

Amazing! I just bought a house with carpet thats about 6 years old, and from the looks of it, it has never been cleaned. So, I called around, and this company had the best prices, and they are 100% Green! They showed up on time, worked non stop from start to finish, and in the end, the results were truely amazing! All the stains were gone, the carpet looked new again, and the pet odors were completly gone! I've told all my friends and family about them, so now I'm telling you. Call them! more
