paid almost $500 upfront for 1 yr service agreement on two hvac systems. Had AC serviced, turned it on 2 months later (first time since it was serviced) and did not work. Had to pay again for what should have been taken care of the first time. $162 dollars to fix a broken wire. Beware or you will be next. more
