Be extremely cautious and question everything these guys do with your vehicle. I took mine in for a leak and $700+ later, I had to take it back because it still leaked. I was told...

"Thanks for following up. The car is great… even my wife loves it. She joked about trading with her Mini! (I wish she’d have realized that before we paid $30k for that thing!). Only bad thing was that a freak hailstorm hit here on Friday and put some dents in my new car’s roof. Oh well… I should’ve left it in Atlanta after all! ""I am the Operations Manager for a large transmission remanufacturer. I spend the majority of my day on the phone with vendors or putting out fires. I wanted to let you know about my recent experience with one of your associates in the parts department. I needed a few inexpensive parts for my personal vehicle and when I called I had the pleasure of speaking to Todd Allen. Todd was not only very knowledgeable but was eager to help. He was by far one of the best experiences I have had in this industry. Todd deserves an ""Attaboy"" great job. He is an asset to your business and I hope you treat him well because of it. Very good service department 7/24/2008

While I purchased my car from another dealership, I've always taken it to Jim Ellis for repairs and recalls because it is more convenient. The guys in the service department are friendly and helpful. I don't use them for basic maintenance because I can find equally good service for less, but for a dealership service department, they are very good. Would also consider purchasing from Jim Ellis as well. more
