JDI Sprinkler Maintenance

Jack installed a system that has never been able to start on its own! I have to get up in the morning to turn it on. some of the pipe is laying right above ground. Several calls and emails have yielded no response! No response at all! messages on face book have yielded no response! I do not understand how people can have such bad business ethics! Pros: no pros! We are completely frustrated with JDI Sprinklers and would not recommend their services to anyone. JDI installed a new irrigation system at our home. They installed 5 sprinkler heads on the neighbors’ property. Our neighbor hired a land surveyor to stake out the property line. Jack responded promptly at first by moving the sprinkler heads, however he also stated that he would pay for the survey and has not. JDI should assume responsibility for installing the sprinkler heads according to the property lines. Furthermore, he will not return any of our phone calls regarding the fall maintenance that we are entitled to. The sprinklers are only under warranty if JDI does the maintenance, so where does that leave us? Jack is unresponsive and unprofessional - find someone else for the job!
