Flexible, reliable and know the SuperMicro line of products very well 4/29/2013

We love iX for the following reasons: - They build systems to spec, and we sometimes do have somewhat special requests. - They're very up-front with what they can and cannot do, and what they're willing and not willing to do. (I.e. they voiced concern when we requested a rather convoluted and risky field-upgrade) - They know the SuperMicro line of hardware very well, and will offer good suggestions for improvement upon our initial requests - When given rather vague descriptions of what we want, they will come back with good concrete suggestions on what to get - We have no complaints about support, and it does seem that while others offer "better support options on paper", iX delivers - iX is always quick to get back to us more

I love freeNAS 4/17/2013

That's all I'll say. I love FreeNAS for home and wouldn't hesitate to get one of their business systems if I was in the position. I'd trust them with my data... more

iXsystems -- excellent local provider 4/17/2013

Nicira Inc., now part of VMware, uses the Fat Twin in its Dev and QA environment. IXsystems is fast, affordable and very reliable. more

A crown jewel in a sea of muck 4/17/2013

I've been working with iXsystems now for almost a year, as my companies go-to vendor for our storage and server solutions. From day one, I've worked with Kevin who has been not only instantly responsive to our inquiries, but has bent over backwards to help us make last minute goals with our clients. Having dealt with the "big" manufactures, and then dozens of other Supermicro "repackagers" over the years, I've never found a better place to source hardware for my company, and my clients. Thank you Kevin and team, I'm looking forward to many years of our relationship! more

FreeNAS Mini Purchase 4/11/2013

I purchased a FreeNAS Mini a few months ago and I'm quite happy with my purchase. It was shipped promptly and booted right up. I've been using to backup my PC, but very soon I plan on using it as a backend for my HTPC, and creating my ownCloud. more
