I've been working with iXsystems now for almost a year, as my companies go-to vendor for our storage and server solutions. From day one, I've worked with Kevin who has been not only instantly responsive to our inquiries, but has bent over backwards to help us make last minute goals with our clients.
Having dealt with the "big" manufactures, and then dozens of other Supermicro "repackagers" over the years, I've never found a better place to source hardware for my company, and my clients.
