First the Good -
They are very customer focussed, and go out of their way to keep you happy. Treat you with respect and a pleasant demeanor. Their offices are very clean and hygenic and the staff is very good. The Doctors will never rush you like most other places.. they patiently answer all your questions, make you comfortable. I appreciated this aspect. Most other places, the Doctors almost always gave me the impression like they were looking at the clock while talking to me.. Not here. I must say this is one of their best characteristics.
They are very passionate about tech.. and are alwys on the cutting edge of technology. You can expect their office like "NASA" .. man, computer and tools all integrated through a multimedia interface like setup. i was quite amazed at their passion for technology. Kudos to them on that front.
The bad -
During cleaning..
They will measure the depth of each tooth gumline and record it by verbally saying 1, 3, 4, 4, 3, 4, 4, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2.. if you have too many 4s, then it means the probe they use to insert into your gumline which is a sharp tool has gone deep [while you lay squirming with discomfort] and use that to drum up extra fees for cleaning. Based on the results (which are ofcourse to a large extent subject to interpretation) they bucket you into one of 3 categories. Good, bad and real bad.
You can bet that you will fall into the "real bad" category where it would cost you the most to get the cleaning done. If you complain, "we have always done this" or "everyone else does this" . I dont think so. I had been to many dentists and this is the first where they measure your gum depth which is extremely discomforting, to justify charging you more because 4 means more effort to clean..
