I like the excellence care from all staff. Doctor spent time to explain to me what is going on in my mouth. They answer phone after hour and see patient for emergency care after hour. This is #1 customer service. I don't mind to drive 20 miles to this dental office. The only thing bother me is that I have to pay upfront before treatment the percentage from doctor submitted amount instead of insurance approved amount. I found out I was overcharged after receiving insurance payment summary. I have to call insurance to verify, very confusing! I would recommand this clinic if they change the billing process. Therfore I don't rate them high.
