Seven months ago I went to Issaquah Brew House with friends for dinner. It's been a favorite of mine for years, and we usually have a great experience. Back in December we had a very negative experience and I wrote the company about it. They never responded. I wrote again, without a response. I wrote a third time, and never received a reply. Then I started receiving newsletters from the company via email, which I never subscribed to, addressed to the email I had written them with. I contacted them via their Facebook page, asking them if they were ever going to acknowledge any of my emails. Today I received a response from Jack Joyce of Rogue:\r

The rest of the email is equally insulting, rude, and condescending. I've never encountered such customer service. I know I've recommended the Issaquah Brew House in the past, but never again!
