I always recommend Isley's Home Services! They always tell you up front what they're doing and why. In addition, they don't ever seem to push things that aren't necessary. I know I've been using Isley's Home Services for over ten years and I believe I found out about them through the Yellow pages all those years ago. John's always able to answer any questions I have. Isley's Home Services is dependable. So far, they've taken care of our plumbing needs and taken care of all our AC problems. They come when they say they will, and I haven't had any problems, ever! more

We have used Isley's for a number of years for water heater, plumbing, and airconditioning. Excellent office personnel, rates, and service. 1 job did require an additional trip- the job was fixed with satisfaction. The magnet does not leave the refrigerator. I have recommended & will continue to use Isleys. more

I have relied on Isley's for many many years, and to date am well pleased with their services. They respond quickly when I need them. My most recent need was today with a little plumbing problem. I called them and Kevin was here in about 20 minutes, made the repairs and restored my peace of mind. Through the years, I have recommended Isley's and Kevin to many people. They too have been pleased. Thanks, Kevin, for your excellent work and your kind mannner. It is almost like having one of my own sons making the repairs for me. more

I think I found the right plumbing and air company 7/13/2011

Isley's just came out and replaced my old water heater, which had caused some minor flooding. They found out I was concerned about the drywall platform, and for just a bit extra, installed sheet metal to replace the old, soaked material. They came equipped to do this, so I feel this is really a full service company. The water heater price was less than that of another company that specializes in water heaters. I asked for install of a water pressure regulator for my whole house, but Isley's took a measurement and told me I didn't need one. I'm very impressed with the knowledge and honesty of the servicemen. more

Our technician was Mike and he was a very pleasant young man. He diagnosed the problem very quickly in the beastly heat and did not try to tell us it was something more complicated than it was. We are very appreciative for his honesty. He reflects very well on the company. more

Overall positive experience 7/8/2011

I have no complaints at this time. The work performed is less than 24 hours old but seems to be working as expected. Our tech was friendly and courteous. He worked diligently in the heat and did not take shortcuts (that I am aware of). The office team was good as well. They were courteous, helpful and prompt. The original price estimate and the actual charges lined up within $60. more

Isley's looks after me as if it was their own home. 7/5/2011

Isley's Home Services have done very well by me over the years. My son now owns the business, but I have used them since long before that transaction took place. They have been doing my annual A/C checkup every year for the last 15 or 16 years, and it's worked out well for me. I depend on them for virtually all of my plumbing and A/C needs. Not too long ago, they installed a new A/C unit and extended the air ducts into my Arizona room. That went very well, and we use the room much more now. They also installed all the plumbing for a new bathroom in my home, and that is working great, too. The Isley's service people are clean, polite, and seem to know what they are talking about. We have had several different techs out, and I can say this for them all. They do an excellent job. more

Annual A/C Service 7/1/2011

We have used your company for 3 year's running. I have a general distrust for those who come to provide service for things like a/c of which I virtually know nothing about. However, we have always appreciated those who have come to provide service from Isley's. They are prompt, courteous, and honest in all of our dealings. We had John at our home this year for the first time and he was just like all of the others. Thank you for renewing our faith that there are still businesses out there that understand what service is all about. more

George was our plumber. He was helpful, informative, pleasant, listened well and professional. He did the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterward. I felt comfortable having him in our home. Provides great service and professional! 6/21/2011

I've been using Isley's Home Services for about eight years or so. They've serviced my AC every year, installed thermostats, fixed slab leaks and leaks in my wall. They provide excellent service every time. Their employees show up on time, and always call ahead at least half an hour to let me know when they'll be arriving. They are clean, and clean up when they're done working. Every job they've ever done for me has been perfect. I highly recommend them to anybody! Joe Andersen more
