Service 12/17/2011

Our tech, Mike, was professional, polite and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired our heat/ac unit. It cold today and without heat, very cold. Expect rain and much colder tomorrow so appreciate the prompt response we got - we have heat!! more

Since we purchased our home in Mesa in 2011, we have had numerous occasions to use Isley's Home Service, Inc. for plumbing and air conditioning/heating service and repair. We have been very pleased with everything the different technicians (George, Reuben, Michael and Kevin) have done for us. All work completed has been done in a timely manner, with great care and expertise. Pleasant, service minded. The only unfortunate problem was due to having to come out 3 times to fix the heating issue. But uncovering unexpected problems are a always part of the deal. more

Quick response Great service 12/3/2011

2nd or 3rd emergency call and as always, response was very quick. Hot water busted and was leaking all over the place. We called around 2:15 on a Friday afternoon. Tech arrive by 3:30 and job was done by 5:30. Tech was pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I use Isley's for all of my heating and plumbing need. They are great. more

Excellent and professional service. 11/28/2011

Anytime we have an issue at the house we call Isley's. We had an early Sunday morning problem with our kitchen sink drain. The issue was solved by Isley's very professional tech before Sunday afternoon football. more

Very pleasant experience 11/9/2011

I just had my annual heating inspection done by Michael Dowson, and was very favorably impressed. He was personable, competent, knew what he was doing, and pointed out to us some areas of possible concern which we were not aware of. No hard sell - just an objective analysis. Keep him, and hire more like him. more

Very satisfied with Isleys' TLC service 10/31/2011

We received our first TLC service on Oct 25th. Michage inspected our AC system, told us what he found in detail and gave us a written estimate for recommended repairs. Absolutely no pressure sales. We will continue to use Isleys and recommend them to our friends. more

Great price on unit, capable installers, and responsive front office. 10/29/2011

Our 4 ton unit was installed October 2010. Great installation. Lots of heat even when it was 28 degrees last winter. On the hottest days this summer it ran very efficiently with plenty of spare capacity. The office has been great about scheduling around my schedule. I am an Engineer, so it has been great to work with Johnny D, he knows his stuff! more

Isleys provided excellent service installing several things to complete my kitchen remodel 10/27/2011

They plumbed the new bathroom and kitchen sinks, RO system, dishwasher and gas cooktop. They arrived on time, did a great job and left everything in excellent condition. I would definitely use them again since I had already used them to install a new washer and gas dryer and received the same excellent service. more

Called for service since the air conditioner was not working and putting cool air inside the home. Michael came out and was able to determine the problem immediately. He fixed the problem and also programmed by controls. Thanks so much. more
