Unbelievable! 7/21/2010

I'm no stranger to the dentist as I've had a lot of dental work through the years, however I can honestly say this was the most pleasant and painless experience ever! Dr. Scales and his assistant were extremely considerate of my comfort and used the high tech system of creating my new crown in a matter of minutes. No impression, no annoying temporary crown, and no second visit, I literally was in and out in less than two hours with a brand new crown. Dr. Scales and his staff are friendly and accomodating and I actually no longer dread going to the dentist. He came highly recommended from a co-worker and I'll be referring him to many! more

The staff and Dr. Scales are very pleasant and professional. I always feel comfortable and confident in whatever work that need to be done on my teeth. This is the best dentist anywhere! I drive 25 miles to get to Dr. Scales office. more

My visits are always positive. Dr. Scales doesn't just "fill a tooth" and dismiss you. His future care, your health, and the interaction of your meds, that affect (or possibily) your dental work is discussed in depth. He's like Sherlock Holmes! Everyone in the office,Dr. Scales, Mindy, Charlotte, Judy etc are so friendly, upbeat, helpful that they make going to the dentist a pleasure. more

All of the staff are very friendly and put me at ease during my procedures. Dr. Scales was very good at checking to make sure I was always doing ok, not experiencing discomfort or pain while he was working. That really put me at ease and made the experience easier. more
