Always a good experience 2/24/2011

I always look forward to having my teeth cleaned at this office. Mindy, the hygienist is very gentle yet very thorough. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. I leave knowing what needs to be done and the front desk provides me with an easy to follow treatment plan I am able to work at my own pace with. No pressure! more

Crowning Experience! 1/26/2011

I was a little nervous, never having had a crown before, but the staff was welcoming from the first time I met them with the broken tooth, and going back to get the crown was easy. The atmosphere of the office is inviting, and the smiles are many. Everyone I met on the staff from the receptionist to the financial lady to the dental hygienist was friendly, efficient and kind. Dr. Scales is as kind and gentle as I was told he was and I'm so thankful for that! It was truly a "crowning experience" for a dental visit. I was even more amazed when at 8:30 that night my home phone rang and it was Dr. Scales calling to find out how I was doing. I have NEVER had a dentist call me at home. What a wonderful personal touch! Thank you to Dr. Scales and his staff. more

Best Dentist Ever 1/17/2011

I would recommend Dr. Scales to anyone. I have been to over 10 dentists in Jacksonville, and he is the best by far. Verified my insurance before I got there, and no hidden surprises in my bill when I left (and very affordable). Staff is accommodating, and Dr. couldn't be nicer. more
