The worst OB-GYN imaginable!!! They violated my confidentiality contract, the nurse practitioner was insulting to me and my mother and the exam was not only physically painful because she was rushed and mean but emotionally painful since she harassed me with rude comments during. I will never go here again and plan to sue for their unethical behavior. more

I would give it 0 stars but that is not an option. \r \r I was a patient here for several years. This place has horrible billing practices and is dirty.\r \r The exam room and table was dirty (white and red stuff on it,ehhhhhhhh!). The room had a divider (not sure what was in the other room) but there was a six inch gap in the divider. I could hear stuff in the other room but just wanted to get out of there so I didn't look. \r \r There billling practices leave something to be desired. When I went last year, my insurance copay was the same as a medical visit since it was an annual exam. They didn't believe me. It took 10 months, yes, 10 months to refund my copay. \r \r It is difficult to get anyone to give you test results and you have to make numerous phone call and maybe someone will call you back. \r \r Spare yourself the headaches!\r \r \r more

I was a patient of Ironwood for several years, first for gynecology, then for obstetrics. My GYN, Dr. Schuppert was great but she doesn't do OB, so I switched to Dr. Laird for my first pregnancy. Dr. Laird is nice but she literally spent less than five minutes with me at every appt. I only saw her for the first half of my pregnancy because when I tried to discuss labor options and how I was interested in natural childbirth, she said that we can try but that c-sections are actually preferable because they are much faster and safer. Even if you aren't interested in natural childbirth, still find another office that understands something about insurance. I informed the doctor and the billing office at the beginning of my pregnancy that my insurance covers two ultrasounds. They sent me to get the first two in the first two months of my pregnancy and then the doctor recommended another. I mentioned the two ultrasound rule and she said it was a standard thing and the insurance would cover it. Then a billing office rep called me the day of the ultrasound and ""informed"" me that my insurance only covers two ultrasounds. I told her I knew that and if that meant I shouldn't have the one scheduled that day. She said no, that the doctor ordered it, and that they had talked to the insurance and that they would cover it because it was medically necessary. So I had it. Insurance did not cover it and the office said that I should have told the doctor I didn't want it. Sorry, but it's my first pregnancy... I do what the doctor says and hope that she's doing things for the best interest of my baby, not for her wallet. Obviously, that's not the case here. more

I have been here to see a gynecologist once. I had a positive experience while in the office but getting test results was difficult. No one called with results which meant my only choice was to leave a message and wait for a return call. Then I spoke to an assistant and although I had questions, was never allowed to speak to the physician herself. The assistant sounded like she was standing next to the physician while relaying my questions and neither one looked in my chart to fully understand my questions. Very poor medical practice in my opinion. more

I have been going to this office for over 9 years and recommend them to everyone. The staff is always nice and my doctor, Dr. Goldberg, always make me feel comfortable. They even have a new online system to write down what your health concerns/questions are before you get in the office. My wait time is minimum. Pros: Make you feel comfortable and nice staff more

It is difficult to even get an appointment with a obgyn. Mostly you are referred to the nurse practitioner. Long wait time and rude staff. Staff is unconcerned about personal issues of their patients. Cons: rude office staff more
