Terrible experience. Their owner and staff lies. After 5 months of BS excuses I finally got my fireplace and it arrived damaged. These a-holes told me I have to pay them more $ to have it repaired. I just paid $7k for a new fireplace and I have to pay to have it fixed? They suck on every level. more

Terrible sales and customer service 8/21/2020

They sent me a damaged fireplace and told me that I have to pay them to install the replacement parts. Ridiculous. Beware of this terrible company. more

Iron House - Wouldn't Recommend Them 1/5/2009

After the sale of a pellet stove Harmon Iron House and Hamon Stove Company offered no customer service, no suggestions to repair, sold inferior pellets and shifted the blame to the customer. Now they want to charge me for the problems that burning 50 bags of inferior pellets caused. Since a pellet stove is an expensive investment, I equate my dealings with Iron House to buying a new car without a dealer to back it up. I would not recommend Iron House to anyone. more

Wood burning stoves experts 9/23/2005

I bought a wood stove from The Iron House and they were awesome. They went out of their way to be helpful and explain about features on different models. I knew nothing about wood burning stoves but I walked out an expert. They have 6 showrooms and every accessory you could imagine. They will even deliver and install it for you. They sell gas stoves too. more
