We couldn?t be more pleased. Everyone at Intown was friendly, courteous, and at all times professional. The showroom and displays were well presented, and the fabricating shop was clean and well organized. Even though we went to the warehouse, we still chose granite from the selection they had at the shop. The installation, including full backsplash, is stunning, and the seams are nearly invisible. We have always wanted granite in our home. We contacted Intown Granite as the first company to receive a quote. I am always one to ""shop around"" to find the best, but once I met with Amanda at Intown I knew we found the right place to make our home perfect! Everyone that works there is an absolute pleasure to do business with! Totally professional and more than willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy. They were willing to work with mine and my husband's work schedules making our kitchen remodel eaiser than I ever thought possible. And the final product at the end is more beautiful than I even expected. I am usually not one to write reviews, but Intown Granite is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. I was upgrading the countertops in my kitchen and had visited several companies looking for a unique countertop. I stopped in the Intown Granite showroom and was shown the different slabs of granite and came across one that no other company in Charlotte had and it was exactly the color and style I had been looking for. I found intown granite on the web. They were running a special on a particular type of granite we were interested in. Went to the shop and liked what we saw. The people were courteous, from the office staff to the workers in the shop. The contract was straightforward and everything was deliverd as promised in a timely fashion. We had a challenging installation with some unique angles, graden window etc. The crew was just great and really worked hard to make sure everything was done right. I've seen enough ""cutting corners"" to recognize when a crew takes pride in what they do. Guy & Amanda run a first class operation from start to finish. I did quite a bit of research before using Intown Granite to redo my kitchen counter tops. Not only did Intown Granite have the best prices, they did a great job, were professional and completed the granite quickly. We used Intown Granite to supply a coffee table top and a bookcase cabinet top. Both pieces turned out perfect. They keep their word and allow you to pick what cut you want from the granite slab. Lisa Bolen was our contact person and from our first meeting she was been helpful and efficient, whether it was in their own show room or gathering pricing from other stone distributors. InTown's showroom is also extremely well lit so you can really see the stone. We had not found that to be the case everywhere. Guy and the rest of their installers were also very pleasant and helpful; carting away the old vanity tops, etc. after installing the new tops. They even resealed my kitchen sink for me (not terribly well done by a different company). We are big comparison shoppers and found Intown to be reasonably priced for high quality stone. Intown has a great selection of exotic granite to choose from. The staff (Amanda, Guy, Lisa & Marlize) couldn't have been more helpful. They stored our slabs for many months while we completed the rest of the work and were great when I needed to visit to match up cabinet and paint colors. They spent a lot of time with us to make sure the layout was just what we wanted. Guy spent a lot of time working on the only seam to make sure there was a smooth flow with the veining. The result was beautiful! Their prices lower than many and the people there are the best. They take pride in what they do and it shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Counter-tops are a major kitchen re-do and we were pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy Intown Granite made this project for us. To begin with ""Amanda"" was great at helping us find the perfect slab, then making all the arrangements in such a timely fashion. The actual install was completely painless, the staff were highly skilled and did an excellent job installing the most beautiful granite counters that transformed out kitchen into a showplace! I looked at World, Harkey and other granite fabricators and I'm SO glad I went with Intown. They were just starting up and their showroom was bare but they filled it with excellent customer service and an impressive selection of quality stone. Amanda's customer care throughout our renovation was excellent. Prices were in line, if not less than other places I went to. Then when it was time for installation, Guy and his crew compromised nothing in their quality. He even did some ""adjustment"" on site to ease the area around my banquette. Surfaces were left wrapped and protected. Intown also did a wood counter on my bar which turned out beautiful! Thank you, Intown for making at least one part of my renovation enjoyable! The selection of marble and granite is beautiful, and you are welcome to select your own slab if you would like. The prices are very competitive. And, above all, every single person from the stone guys to sales to the administrative team was extraordinarily professional, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. My name is Garry. My wife and I love our kitchen. I heard about Intown Granite by searching the internet. I did not expect what I found. Intown Granite came up and I thought I would give them a try. Boy was I suprised. They are not normally open on Sat. but a lady by the name of Amanda made us an appointment anyway and we went up to the business. I have never saw so many samples in my life. We picked out several and made a selection. A few days later a template was made and our granite was installed. We could not be happier. It is simply beautiful and we have had all wonderful comments on it. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for granite countertops. We are very pleased with the experience!!!!
