Lisa Bolen was our contact person and from our first meeting she was been helpful and efficient, whether it was in their own show room or gathering pricing from other stone distributors. InTown's showroom is also extremely well lit so you can really see the stone. We had not found that to be the case everywhere.
Guy and the rest of their installers were also very pleasant and helpful; carting away the old vanity tops, etc. after installing the new tops. They even resealed my kitchen sink for me (not terribly well done by a different company).
We are big comparison shoppers and found Intown to be reasonably priced for high quality stone.
We'd definitely use InTown Granite again.
