I'm sure you've heard that car dealers are liars and yet we keep buying from them. I actually worked at this dealership for a short time. After being dicked around over payment for a week I decided this wasn't the place or image I wanted. Still trying to get some form of compensation for my time from Jack Wallace, the owner. It is my understanding that he is going bankrupt and will not be in business much longer. I urge you to reconsider where you are buying your automobile from if you are considering purchasing from here. I have purchased 5 cars from Bob Sight KIA in Independence and assure you that if you give them a visit they will treat you better and have many more lenders to help with financing, not to mention 10 times the inventory to choose from. If Integrity Auto Plaza treats its employees this way just think of the way it will treat its customers the first time you need anything, after overpaying for the vehicle you purchased. more
