I know this is long, but PLEASE READ!
Their product does not work (at the very least, for our property) and you get stuck into a contract that they give you "such a great deal" on (it's because you'll owe them if you cancel). You end up either paying a large chunk to cancel when their products ultimately do not hold up to their claims, or have to continue paying monthly until the contract is up. Either way, it feels kind of like a scam. I am convinced that their large amount of positive reviews are due to the technicians asking for you to give them a good review so they get a monetary bonus! Their technicians are pretty great though, their products just don't work for us. (However, if you're not paying your employees enough to begin with that they have to beg to get a review, that's beyond messed up!!)
I tried to give my notice so that the services didn't renew and they asking what was wrong. I told them that the products weren't working. They asked what they could be to make things better for me and I admitted that the best thing they could possibly do at this point was terminate the contract SOLELY if they weren't going to charge me a fee. They ignored me for a week and a half and only responded to me after I said I was going to write reviews about my experience and was in contact with the BBB to seek out finding a way to terminate the contract, again only if I wouldn't be charged up front. Their response was to not talk with me, but literally immediately charge me a termination fee and wrongfully terminate the contract without speaking with me about it. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE PLEASE!!!
