It is funny that this is considered a top 10 business when it is defunct. The partners separated last year and now one operates Informed Body and 650 Laguna is simply a place for independent contractors to train their clients. No website exists for Inform and if you call the number they do not check messages - you need to call the trainer directly. why citysearch doesn't check this out is beyond me - particularly since I was a partner and contacted them multiple times to remind them this is no longer a business. more

The staff at InForm is highly knowledgeable, and possesses a variety of strengths that enable a client to focus on whatever is most relevant to them, from rehabilitation techniques to strength and flexibility training. The atmosphere is relaxing, friendly and professional; personally, I have been a client for almost 5 years now, and can attest to greater core strength, flexibility, and better posture. more

Great People, Great Training~ 6/5/2004

I have been trained by the instructors at Inform for almost two years. I have had private instruction, rehab pilates and the small group cardio pilates. The instructors are knowledge driven, helpful and inspirating. A great place to go to work on your body and your mind. I recommend this studio to those serious about working hard and with good people! Pros: great environment, great for the body, Great Staff Cons: , I can't go everyday.. more
