Breath of Fresh Air 7/29/2013

I had been looking for a new ride for months. I live close to an Infiniti Dealership that didn't really seem that interested in helping me. So, I went to Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife and Young and Mike treated me like I wanted to be treated. With respect, honesty and old fashioned customer service. They gave me a great price on my trade and an even better price on my lease. I will be back. more

Sales Department 7/25/2013

We were miss lead on what we purchased and we ended up driving off the lot with bad brakes. I would never purchase a car from them again. I had been dealing with them for several months prior to my purchase but when it acutally came down to finding the car and making the purchase boy was I fooled. I traded in a perfect lexus which was certified when I purchased it and I kept all maintance receipts (oil changes is all it ever needed). I didn't even want to give them a star but this system made me. more

Jack, my salesman, was very professional & courteous. He came in on his day off to complete the sale at a time that was convenient for me. I would have given 5 stars, but was disappointed I did not get a free tank of gas when I purchased a $25,000 used vehicle. All your competitors are doing this and it's a nice touch. more

All service was great except the lot boy that drove my car to the pick-up point. His attitude seemed disrespectful when he exited the car and slammed the door. more

Excellence Again!!! 7/12/2013

What can I say that I haven't already stated? The Fife service team are top notch. Carrie Slaughter, my service comrade, makes all my service visits seem like a visit not a chore. All is ready on time; vehicle is 'uniquely' washed to my one time requested specifications and vacuumed without having to ask for the added service, each visit. My hubby is envious of the treatment in service and the waiting room amenities, he currently drives a Mazda, for now. more

Reliable service and nice people. 7/11/2013

Overall good experience. I brought the car in for a possible problem. The locked door over the fuel intake would not open. Upon checking, this could problem could not be verified. Since then the fix tried, lubricating the lock mechanism, has seemed to work since the problem has not occurred again. more
