Mike Sears Rules 8/23/2013

My total experience was excellent. Mike Sears came in on his day off and spent 3+ hours with us to explain every facet of our new M37. We are from So Cal and have never received such excellent and personal service. Also, Sandy and Jennifer have been very helpful in assisting with my registration issues with Calif. DMV.. They have assisted me on several occasions. Mike's interest and follow up are wonderful and I feel I can contact him at any time. I am impressed by the sophistication of your e-mail and the efficiency of your reminder systems. Again, much more advanced than any So Cal dealers I have used. Finally, Tacoma Infinity gives one a sense of each area being totally aware of the others and working as a coordinated team from Mike and the best possible first impression to the efficient follow up of the service dept.. You are all doing it right. more

Happy with Infiniti of Tacoma 8/21/2013

Everyone at this dealership went above & beyond to make sure that we were treated with the utmost respect. I love my car, and the buying experience was very pleasant. They spent a lot of time going over all of the features, and training me on the technology. I've even had follow up calls asking if there were any other questions that I had regarding the navigation, radio etc, that I needed any extra help on, and they were willing to help me over the phone, or in person. Highly recommend this dealership. more
