Excellent salesperson 8/13/2013

The 5 star I gave applies to my salesperson, Dan Wilson. On the other hand the general manager I will only give 1 star. Throughout the negotiating process he kept telling me that we are talking pennies. It is easy to say that when it is not your money on the line. My fault is that I should have walked away but the salesperson was great and I think he deserved my business. more

We purchased a pre-owned car which we found in excellent condition, and sold to us at a very reasonable price. Fred assisted us, and was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Kirkland to anybody considering buying a car. more

Best of both worlds - afforable luxury 8/5/2013

we've shopped around for larger SUV (7 passenger) and the Infiniti version (JX35) seemed to check all our boxes. Function, form, and not over priced. Service is top notch and the fleet of vehicles are just what we needed. more

Not sure they are as honest as the perceive to be 7/25/2013

The people were friendly but I found out the car I bought needed tires as rearvwas at their wear bars and the front brake rotors were well past replacement which were not in my budget in my budget. If I would have known about the brakes I would of not purchased the car. Next time I will have the car inspected even if the dealership says the did and had a piece of paper that said they were. Not strong integrity I felt. Should have given me more of a price break for the repairs they knew about. more

Almost a five.... 7/20/2013

Infiniti of Kirkland sales reps were courteous and competitive in their offers. I bought a QX56 and the sales manager recommended buying a vehicle with the new Infiniti connection instead of one without from a competitor. At delivery, it turned out that the Infiniti connection was not activated, which I would have expected the sales/services staff to confirm especially given that it came highly recommended. All it took was 10 minutes to activate, but I had to come back a second time to the dealer to get this taken care of. I would encourage the sales/services staff to be more diligent in confirming that all features in the vehicle work as expected....at delivery. more

2 different sales people lied right to my face 7/16/2013

Was totally lied to, manipulated and triple teamed by these people and sadly I fell for the scam. They lied right to my face about the terms and scammed me into buying add-ons that I didn't need, by mis-representing the existing coverage I already had. They are really good at what they do. Unfortunately what they do is scam people. more

When I decided I wanted to buy a Infiniti I call Infiniti of Kirkland and got transferred to Jason sales guy there. He was awesome! He stayed late because my co signer was running late and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. I will defiantly buy another car from Jason more

Luxury buying experience without the grind. 7/14/2013

Sales manager Brandon and salesperson Dan Wilson were extraordinary in their straightforward consummation of my lease deal on a 2013 FX37. The vehicle is amazing. Both Brandon and Dan went to bat for me to obtain favorable lease terms and to structure a very reasonable contract. I look forward to my service visits, snagging those warm Spunkmeyer cookies, and continuing my relationship with Infiniti of Kirkland. No complaints. Thanks more
