Infiniti of Kirkland sales reps were courteous and competitive in their offers. I bought a QX56 and the sales manager recommended buying a vehicle with the new Infiniti connection instead of one without from a competitor. At delivery, it turned out that the Infiniti connection was not activated, which I would have expected the sales/services staff to confirm especially given that it came highly recommended. All it took was 10 minutes to activate, but I had to come back a second time to the dealer to get this taken care of. I would encourage the sales/services staff to be more diligent in confirming that all features in the vehicle work as expected....at delivery.
