Charles did an excellent job of tracking down a subtle vibration noise that was present in the vehicle since I first picked it up. He was a pleasure to work with. I have very high expectations from a service perspective, as I am a previous owner of five Lexus vehicles. I was nervous not knowing what to expect for my first Infiniti service visit, but was very pleased with the experience. more

I use the pick up service - they come to my house and leave me a loaner. I LOVE it - there is absolutely no disruption to my day and it makes it very easy to get the service done regularly and on time. thanks! more

Great Infiniti Dealership! 6/7/2010

Everyone we dealt with at Infiniti of Bedford was professional and courteous. We had been to another Infiniti dealership earlier that day and were NOT at all impressed - very high pressure and condescending. Our experience at Infiniti of Bedford was the total opposite. more

Everyone I know who has Audis, Mazdas, etc., are all jealous of the way my Infiniti dealer handles its business. It's always easy. The reps, like Beverly, are always on top of his/her game. The crew always does a great job of cleaning up my car. The loaner cars are always top-notch. Keep up the great work! more

My 1st positive service experience EVER! 5/30/2010

I have had the QX56 serviced everywhere except Infiniti because I thought it would be overpriced. It was actually less than the other service provider... I was OVERWHELMED with the kindness of the entire staff. When we realized the time crunch on the repair to pick up my children, Chuck insisted upon a loaner car, which was new and immaculate! A million thank yous for my 1st positive service experience ever! more

This was my third purchase/lease in 3 years at Bedford and my fifth Infiniti since the FX came out in 2003. My sales rep at Bedford has been great! There was a concern about the difference in equipment on the sticker vs. the car. He did what he said he would about resolving the issue. I appreciate and respect that. And I thank Infiniti for whatever support they provided him. more
