Indian Tree - Service, Status, Rebuttal 6/13/2008

I agree and disagree with what has been said. I became a client in 2004 after moving back to Colorado. My cocker became sick and had cancer. At that time, the vet I worked with was completely awesome. Not only from a medical perspective and the information that she gave but also in her ability to recognize the significance of my loss. She has since left and I have yet to feel comfortable with the 2 different vets that I have seen. That being said, there has been a decline in the customer service over the past 4 years. However, I would like to think that it is really based on growing the business and not a sign of warning. In the past, I have never had issues with the billing, appointments, etc. Now, I find myself wondering what is really going on.* Using their grooming department is good. However, now that they reside at a different location, payment is somewhat complicated if you are using the Care Credit. The front desk people at the grooming area seem taxed and lacking in personal co more

Client of 9 years 4/16/2008

I disagree with Katherine C. I have been a client of Indian Tree hospital for 9 years and would never go anywhere else. One Christmas I brought my dog to another boarding facility because Indian Tree was full. My dog came down with kennel cough. I took him to my vet at Indian Tree and three days later he was better. My daughter has been sick every other week from being in day care. She even had pink eye and whooping cough which cost us 5 days salary because I had to stay home from work, cost of one week of day care because you pay no matter what, and medical costs. My day care did not pay a cent! My point is some things are out of people's control. more

The Best.... 2/19/2008

We started going to Indian Tree over 7 years ago when we purchased a dog and we were given an option of several vets to go to for a complimentary exam. We chose Indian Tree because of the location. That was the best decision we ever made. That dog has had her share of mishaps and the staff there knows her by name and laughs when saying her name because of those mishaps and personality. We have had 2 dogs and 2 cats go there. The vets (and we have seen them all) have treated our animal's through illnesses, minor emergencies, regular exams, and boarding. We rarely see new people working there. Every time we call or go in we get their undivided attention. Last year our cat Kitty got sick. We took her in and found out she had cancer. The vet agreed with our decision to make her comfortable and to let us make the decision to know when it was time to put her to sleep. She did not push any treatments since she was 15 years old. When it was time I called and told Judy (who has been there since more

Indian Animal Tree Hospital - There is no better place for your pet 1/16/2008

The vets, staff, and facility are top rate. I am confident that no Animal Hospital can top Indian Tree. Everyone is professional, caring, and goes the extra mile for any and all pets. In fact, after I moved to California I still make the annual trek back to Colorado to bring my yellow lab to Dr. Adducci. My dog's life has been made healthier and happier because of Dr. Adducci & Indian Tree. more

Terrific Veterinarians! 11/22/2005

Have an iguana? Indian Tree is one of the very few veterinarian offices in this state to treat reptiles - and they are great! All my iguanas go there as did my dogs. These vets are kind, compassionate and loving. They are experienced and truely care for your pet and their well being. Great staff in both the front office and all the techs. Highly recommend this veterinary hospital. PROS: Wonderful, experienced staff CONS: more

Indian Tree is a great Animal Hospital 6/7/2005

Two hurt cats in one week. That's why I'm writing this review. And Wishbone had to be hurt on Memorial Day weekend (Sunday) and my regular Vet was closed. I called 3 total Hospitals in the phone book (one I had been to before) and 2 wanted $80-$100 before they would see Wishbone, and only for an "emergency" fee because it was Sunday. Indian Tree just charged $55 for a regular examination (that they do with every new pet to the Hospital). The first nice thing you notice about it is it has a nice big circular wooden built vaulted ceiling waiting room, that is comfortable and large in case you have multiple visitors. The receptionist, Judy was professional and helped us through our little trauma, fill out simple paperwork (1 short page) and put us in a clean examination room. The vet we saw was super, Dr. Ann Nelson; she was straight forward and nice, gave us an estimate and options in a decent manner, gave us an opportunity to discuss with family members to work out pay arrangem more
