Wonderful as Always 1/1/2012

I've been going to Jenalyn for haircuts every 6-8 weeks for 3 1/2 years now and I've never had a haircut I didn't love! She does a great job and is knowledgeable about what products you'd get the most benefits from. I highly recommend In Touch and Jenalyn :). more

It appears that the front desk has a lot of turn over at this particular location. I have had numerous issues redeeming pure privelege points here. People covering the desk have had difficulties redeeming points and have had to refer to tech help and manager only approval. Sometimes the manager was not available. Very frustrating. more

Thanks for the Aveda makeup tutorial! 11/19/2011

I was very much in need of updating the color/ tint of my foundation. Not only did I receive excellent service but she also taught me about using makeup brushes and how to extend the life of my product. I will definitely buy more Aveda product from InTouch! more

As always, the salon is fabulous. I can come monthly or annually and I am still treated wonderfully! I have been a loyal customer for almost 6 years. I bring my kids and would bring hubby if he had hair! Heidi is wonderful and creative. Thank you for the services and pampering!! more

Every visit has been excellent. The hand and neck massages...awesome and relaxing! The hot towel treatment...wonderful! The staff are all so nice, polite and professional.
