I found this place from a Groupon for Botox and fillers. I booked this appointment over a month in advance for myself and a friend with Kelly Gardosik, the Administrator.
When the appointment finally came, we both took off half a day of work since the place was over an hour away. We get to the clinic and here is where it goes wrong.
The facility is old and worn down. It is clearly a primary care center that specializes in Internal Medicine/Geriatrics, far from your typical medi-spa or plastic surgery center experience.
I can't exactly write a review on how my procedure went because I never actually made it that far. The administrator, Kelly, had cancelled our appointment! She pulled us in a back room to tell us that she called to confirm our appointment and since I didn't answer or return her call, she cancelled the appointment that I had spent over 30 minutes on the phone with her making over a month in advance! Are you kidding me? How unprofessional is all that I have to say. Kelly is great at making the appointments, it's just holding them where she falls short. And that's really the most important part of the appointment, the holding.
We left the clinic upset and disappointed at the experience all together, or lack there of. But it was probably a blessing in disguise after all as I'm not so sure I would want anyone at that clinic poking me in the face with needles anyways.
So to Kelly, as a previous Director of Marketing for a physicians clinic, I don't think that Dr. Maliki would be thrilled to know that you are canceling his appointments just because they don't answer the phone, especially elective procedure appointments. Which as a result will get you bad reviews because it is clearly unprofessional. Not to mention, when we asked you if there is anything that you can do to make this right, you simply replied with, ""no.""
