They are nice until you sign the lease, then you will never hear from them....not even if your toilet leaks, there's a hole in your ceiling, the buzzer is broken, your outlets are blown....you can call 100 times about maintence repairs (and trust me, they don't take care of thier buildings so there are a ton of repairs to be made)....they won't give you the time of day. I highly recomend doing a google or yahoo search on them....there are several blogs that account for my claims.
Also, the office managers are rude and not very customer friendly.
