I purchased my 2001 Porsche Boxster S from Wes at iAutohaus and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have since returned to their service center for routine maintenance as well as clutch service and each time their service was outstanding. Josh made suggestions for additional recommended work, which I had previously researched and been aware of, but he was also very understanding of my financial limitations and agreed that only the required work was necessary. Josh updated me throughout the repair and kept me well informed of their findings and progress. The only reason they didn't get 5 out of 5 stars is because the first time I picked my car up after service, the seat was all the way forward, the radio station had been changed, and all the mirrors were out of position. I know it's a petty thing but I just didn't expect that to happen at a luxury car dealership and service center. Great Job guys! You've got a customer for life. more

When I walked in the service area and Josh approached me, I didn't feel "that feeling" of that I'm about to be taken advantage of. There was no typical up sell mentality by Josh and no approach like he was my best friend and, "look what a great deal I'm gonna give you on this today". I cannot express what a pleasure it is to deal with AutoHaus. I purchased my car from Wesley (2nd one) and that was without a doubt the BEST car buying experience that my wife and I ever experienced. There was no pressure nor any empty promises from Wesley. They seem to have outstanding, well taken care of vehichles and the cars sell themselves. I WILL be back for a 3rd time buying from AutoHaus. I had the extreme please of having work done on my BMW Z4 at the Autohaus service center last summer. The staff went the extra mile on a number of levels. The quality of the work was superb, the cost was less then expected and the level of service to help me get the car to them and back again with a crazy vacation schedule was unbelievable. This is such a great alternative to the dealer. They aren't convenient, aren't price competitive and certainly provide no better service.
