wonderful customer service 7/7/2008

on sunday, i decided to go out and buy a new pair of jeans. my first new pair in several years and a bit daunting because i can be a difficult fit. i was told to visit the girl at the fremont store, after going into the downtown store and realizing they no longer carry womens. a bit nervous, i headed inside and was greeted with warm, friendly faces. kristina told me to load up with many pairs of jeans before heading into the fitting room. she took the time to check in on me every couple minutes and helped me understand what i was looking for in terms of fit. the style that worked best, was one size too big and the last pair. kristina wrote down other stores in the city that carry the jean so that i could find my size! i have never had someone do this for me! i left feeling satisfied even without a new pair of jeans because now i know there is a fit out there for me! i will go back to ian because they made me feel comfortable and they have honest employees that are not just there to make a sale. thank you. more

Best Store in Seattle! 8/23/2003

Shopping at Ian is just a great experience. Tastefully decorated, lots of space, the hippest clothes, and the people that work there are cool without the attitude. My favorite place to buy clothes in Seattle. Pros: staff, selection, decor Cons: nada more

good good 4/21/2003

Cool shop in the heart of Seattle! 11/18/2002

I discovered this shop while exploring downtown Seattle. It's got a good selection of artsy, designer street wear like Stussy, RedFive and 2KTshirts. The people that work there are really nice as well. You should check it out if you're in the area. Pros: Stussy, 2KTshirts Cons: Lack of shoes more
