Food was good and customer service was fast. Sometimes service at vietnamese restaurant can be very slow but this is definitely not and the food was decent....better than I thought! I was comfortable taking friends and coworkers there lunch or dinner. The service was zippy and one time a waiter filled my guests' water glass 7 times! I would have liked another Green Tea bag and Teapot... but I was too full for dessert as well. The atmosphere is modern and tasteful. I wonder if they cater for Power Lunches? The resturant is cozy and has a nice vibe. while being stylish it also has great food in big portions. The short ribs are excellente! YOu order and get your food soon. This is what you call a good resturant. A thumbs up!!! more

Ive been there a couple times and the pho is garbage compared to rest of the pho restaurants in washington. First of all, they are overpriced. Second, the service horrible. \r \r I went there yesterday and had the worst experience in a restaurant. When the soup came, it was luke warm and i can tell that the meat on top wasnt cooked from the soup. How can a luke warm soup cook the meat??? That can only tell you two things, they cooked the meat somewhere else or microwaved it. Then i looked at the soup, it was cloudy and had no flavor. This can only tell you one thing about it, THEY RUSHED THE SOUP MAKING PROCESS. \r \r I told my server my pho wasnt hot, didnt even apologize and took away my pho. After 6 minutes of waiting he finally brough my pho back and it was my original one. HE MICROWAVED MY PHO!!! If i wanted microwave food, I would go to a super market and buy myself a tv dinner. Not only that, my girlfriend already finished her food. I paid for my food but left no tip. \r \r I would never go back there again and i suggest whomever is reading this to not go to I love pho. There are many other Great pho restaurant in the eastside. Try Pho hoa, Pho tai, than brothers and pho bac. more

I like the food here, but the service is terrible. The owner barely talk to his customer. That's why I always order on the phone to go. Whenever I say ""Thank you"" or ""bye"" he is so busy to talk to someone on the messenger and forgot to say back to us. This place is pretty nice. It's a bit pricey but nothing to really complain about. The pho is tasty and you get good quality meat, a good amount of noodles and such, and it's a tasty bowl. The short ribs are also quite tasty. The spring rolls are good with the peanut sauce and the egg rolls are not bad. more

The restaurant posts a 9pm closing sign, but there ahve been times where I arrive a 8:15 or so, and they would be closed. So I go during the day now, smart lil me, and the food was reasonably good, but overpriced as most places are in Bellevue. My favorite has to be anything with the lemongrass beef. It's so oily, but so gooood! I recommend it in the noodle bowl. I ordered the pho another time with the optional beef fat oil in the broth (as recommended by the server), it was more flavorful than their regular broth.
