A turn-of-the-millennium renovation brought new furnishings and enhanced luxury to meeting rooms, public areas and restaurants, as well as updates to all 30 suites, with new wall coverings, furniture, carpeting and granite in the bathrooms. Custom built-in closets replaced the freestanding armoires, which some guests found limiting in terms of space. Standard guest rooms are decorated in earth tones with a soft chair and reading lamp (what better place to put to use your complimentary robe) and a small work area--convenient for business travelers who don't need to spread out.
