No longer exists as billed here... 12/23/2008

I just called this place to confirm their hours for breakfast, and they basically no longer exist. According to the girl on the phone, ""it's the same staff, but just relocated to the lobby"". Not what I would call an exceptional breakfast spot in Indy. It's been tuned into just another lack-luster over-priced hotel breakfast buffet. Pros: HAD a great review. Cons: No longer the same establishment. more

Typical of a Hyatt 11/3/2005

Beautiful facility, awesome view. The service was wonderful, all of the way down to the bell boy and the valet parking staff. We had never stayed at a hotel that nice. I only had one complaint about our stay there (which we booked through Hotwire). I went to take a hot shower, and the water never got warmer than lukewarm. PROS: Beautiful view, awesome atrium CONS: no hot water more

we had a wonderful 2 night stay.the staff was very friendly and the hotel was awesome.we had a veiw of the capitol building on the 17th floor that was outstanding. i highly reccomend it. Pros: great views, close to everything, elevators were awesom Cons: was pricey more

The Porch Restaurant provides great service along side great tasting, generously portioned food! Anyone who hasn't been should give it a try. Pros: Reasonably Priced, Great Service, Friendly Faces more

Under renovation but nice place 7/13/2002

We were there for a convention and found all the staff really great except the restaurant front staff (greeters) seemed out of it servers were good. The hotel staff took great pains to make us comfortable even with all the rooms on our floor being redone and in spite of a large group before ours who overstayed. Check out Champions as a great place for a breather and and a beer or puff in between meetings. Super staff - see John or Karen! Fun spot in the evenings too! Food in the Porch was very good too.
