I was a loyal customer of the store and always got a good service but before moving from Boston to Houston I bought a Nikon backpack in this store, the seller said that it was going to arrive in two weeks, so I waited for almost two months! Later on, I call them again to see what was going on, the guy tells me that the backpack was discontinued (he could have called me, but I guess he was too busy doing nothing), so I ask them for a refund and the guy tells me that my purchase was made with a card (BS I payed cash!) and that I have to go to Boston with my card to get my money back!! \r

This is very disappointing because they have known me as a customer for a long time. \r

They lost my respect and my loyalty. I am still waiting for my refund!.
