DON'T GO TO FAMILY TIES DRY CLEANING FOR ALTERATIONS. My dress was completely ruined. Instead of doing a simple 2 inch all around hem and removing the ""tail"" they just did a 2 inch hem leaving the ""tail"". So when they went to fix it a second time, they shortenend the back 2 inches shorter than the front!!!!!!!!!!!!! and made the ""tail "" in the front. Oh my God I have never seen such incompetence. I am notifying Better Business Bureau!!!!!! more
