Hoyt Sherman was recently refurbished. They have now included wider seats and air conditioning, things that were missing prior to the remodel. I am always amazed at the beauty and detail in the ornate auditorium. It's a real treat compared to many other auditoriums in Des Moines. They host a variety of events here, from all-employee meetings to weddings and even concerts and speakers.
