Howard Community College (HCC) is among the best 2YR colleges I have come across! Although they don't offer as much variety as they should, they are continuously expanding day by day. There are two new buildings being built, as well as parking lot extentions. The teachers are top notch, and have graduated from some of the most reputable universities in the US! It's not too common to hear someone say they actually recommend a 2YR college, but HCC hits the nail on the head with that one!
