Our family relocated to the Boulder area last summer with very little time before school began. Stephanie quickly helped us narrow down not just which home, but the cities, neighborhoods, schools, kids activities, lifestyle, etc. Over a year later, we are so happy with everything. Stephanie is very knowledgeable, connected, professional, responsible, and definitely has a can-do attitude. She negotiated a fantastic deal on our house, and although we feel we could sell it anytime for a profit, we are not going anywhere. We highly recommend Stephanie & her team at Housing Helpers! more

Our company has contracted with Housing Helpers repeatedly over the last two years for our temporary housing in the Boulder and Broomfield, CO areas. I am a project team leader and have personally stayed in their corporate apartments on several occasions. They are meticulous about their apartments, on both occasions it was the cleanest and most well stocked place I have stayed in- and I travel all the time and see all kinds of places. The furnishings were nicer than in my own home. But what stands out is their personal service, you can expect fast turnaround, no hassles, and they take care of us no matter what. And many thanks to their operations manager who let me borrow his mountain bike for a week for my son, what a nice guy! Pros: Clean, well furnished and equipped. I have had two experiences with housing helpers, and the first person I worked with was fantastic, even though I did not end up renting from her. The second was horrendous. She never returned phone calls, didn't show up to property showings and ignored e-mails. Pros: Polite, Helpful, Open on Saturday, Better than any other Boulder Prop. Mgmt. Cons: Crappy agent, didn't show up to showing, no returned phone calls more
