Hot Tuna by far, has the best cuisine with the perfect atmosphere. Their menu has great seafood choices and other different dishes on it. I have eaten everything from calamari to Hawaiian chicken grilled on cedar. They also have some of the best mixed drinks in the area and if you like Margarita's, you will need to try one here.
If you like live music, then this place will usually get some type of alternative/pop band in for the weekend. Their bar is well stocked and have numerous beers on tap. At one time they even had Woodchuck on tap. Now I haven't been there in a while for beer, since I have 2 babies, so can't confirm that is still there. LOL
They are fairly expensive, but the atmosphere, the decorum, the food, and the whole experience is worth it at Hot Tuna. Heck, I went there at least one time a week for a long time!
