I noticed very few reviews, but wanted to put in my two cents worth. I've interacted with many on their office staff and found them to be busy, yes, but overall very caring, quite delightful - and helped me maintain my sense of humor - something a mom of an autistic kid really needs to maintain sanity! I'm still new to working with them, but my experience so far has been nothing less than wonderful. \r

I am glad to hear others share my viewpoint, even if they haven't put it up here. I fear the person with the negative experience might have run into a bad day, or maybe whoever he's complaining about is no longer with them. But for me, my heart tells me it's the real deal for my son and me, and I'm really looking forward to health and healing for my whole family, ultimately.\r

Most of the folks I've spoken to on their Yahoo groups seem very happy with them, as well, and the stories from some of the parents whose kids are recovering are encouraging - can't wait to be among them. I'm just sad it's only the negatives that often get published - those who are happy don't always say so! Well, I AM HAPPY TO BE HERE, HOUSTON!\r
