Very unpleasant experience. Average quality product, rude service. Salesperson quoted one delivery estimate when I purchased the furniture, then kept extending the expected arrival date. The owner verbally agreed to refund my purchase, then ended up charging my credit card. What a mess. more

We have bought some furniture at crate and barrel before. The customer service was ok. Furniture that you can put together like Ikea style will last the same as theirs and it is cheaper. Recently we bought new bedroom furniture and a sofa here at the home gallery and it was the best experience we had in shopping stuff for our new home. We liked their rustic and contemporary looks. They have wide range of home furnishings. Ben did call back a few weeks later saying that the set was ready for delivery including the one sofa that we had ordered. Delivery guys did set up every thing very fast and cleaned after themselves. We feel very happy and satisfied with our purchase. Their wooden furniture looks solid and sturdy with a great finish. They have a fabulous furniture selection. The furniture is wonderful. I really like their lamps and they have some really nice dining room tables. I love it more than Pottery Barn (shabby chic), and more than Z Gallery (too much accessory and too much little something). more

I think they have gained popularity fast in being up scaled furniture store with reasonable prices for valuable items. You will find more than just furniture. Last year this time we visited them and got our bedroom set. This year we are back and I see a lot of tabletop accessories, lighting and more. It' is now a great place for gift shopping. I found a very mixed selection and well put together accessories. This time my husband really loved this place. We purchased a coffee table and two end tables with a lamp and some beautiful candle holders. more

Recommended by one of our family friends we visited this store. We were looking for living room sofa and a coffee table. This store is great if you like solid, little bit of rustic and elegant home furniture. We prefer original production pieces and my husband is more for contemporary and modern how ever he always shows appreciation for good quality and solid stuff. They really have great couches to select from. Not on the cheap side but I think quality and style matches the prices. Lots of good finds here overall at I would say decent prices. We got a beautiful leather lounge chair and a sofa with a solid coffee table. I loved the selection of their dining room sets as well. For our next trip to this beautiful store we are thinking of a nice big dining table set to replace what we have now for over 15 years. We think we are one happy customer. more

We went in here many times until we finally made a decision on a beautiful sofa for our home. Each time the sales associate was very helpful in giving us details and choices, but never overbearing. I was able to look and not be pushed into buying anything. They have a lot of really unique items and wood grains that I could not find in larger chain furniture stores. They have some great sales and the prices are a bargain for the quality and style that you are getting. After searching other stores in the area, I highly recommend this one to check out for sure. Great furniture place but not for the people with empty pockets!! It's not that cheap so if you're on a very tight budget. you better go there and just browse. You may bargain and get some extra discount. If you purchase from them you are the winner for the quality and price. more

This new store offers a great selection of furniture and accessories for the home with a great divers feel. High quality items, not the standard cheap tacky imported stuff. Believe me I did my research for a few weeks. I browsed 6 different stores. But this one is a great place to shop for a unique furniture and gift. I highly recommend them. more

Their items are priced well, while on sale. Just make sure it will work and don't let them talk you into anything that is not already there. I would avoid them, unless you fall in love with something there. Pros: Good sales. Cons: No return policy. more
